Away, through the grey window left ajar
I ponder about just flying far
I guess, leaving all the mess behind
Escape to quiet place I’ll find
But my inside battles, which is easier to face?
However hard, I know I cannot cease
For the life crouched by my side
Has no one but me, left to confide
Shattered into pieces I can hardly decipher
Still taking grip of myself but starting to falter
Whatever happens, how much convincing
It changes nothing
Left with, just to keep on going
