How true. I’m not super artistic, but if I were, I can’t imagine spending hours building a great sculpture as some do with ice or sand only to have it destroyed in a few minutes. As a kid, I loved seeing how the waves tore down the castle little by little. It was mesmerizing. Great poem.

So am I! I remember going to the beach and forming a messy little hill in the sand and calling it a castle.
The wave desteoying it was satisfying too!
