I look upon the arc rainbow
Red, yellow, violet and blue
Sticked tight together from the start
And ended up harmonious art
I look upon the stars above
Old and young both picture love
Differ in hue, in form and name
Yet gleam and shimmer just the same
I look upon the humming moon
Filling the night with frolic song
Either it’s the left side or the right
It’s the same moon that we sight
I look upon us and grimaced
Why do humans see others as inferior race
Judge not but be of comfort and solace
Together, we’ll create a better place
Together, indeed. Wonderful poem, dear Maya. ๐
